If you are a foster or adoptive parent, relative or non-relative caregiver living in Alameda County, California, we invite you to become a member of the ACFPA. To submit a new application or renew your membership online, complete the form below and hit Submit. You will then be directed to a new page where you can pay online. If you are a newly licensed caregiver receiving services through Alameda County, no payment is required for your first year of membership.
